Indication:
Alfalfa favourably influences nutrition evidenced by the toning up of appetite and digestion. It improves mental and physical vigour, with gain in weight. A healthy restorative to the pregnant and old people. It improves muscular power, poor digestion & obstinate constipation.

गुण:
अमाशयिक विकार, स्नायविकता, स्नायविक दुर्बलता, स्नायविक अपच आदि को नष्ट करने वाली गुणकारी औषधि है। बच्चों एवं वयस्कों में स्नायुथूल व स्वाभाविक नींद न आना मानसिक कमज़ोरी आदि को पूर्ण रूप से दूर करना इसके प्रमुख गुण हैं।

Dosage:
Adult – 2 tablespoonful, Children – 1 tablespoonful, before half an hour from meal twice a day or as directed by the physician.

खुराक:
वयस्क – 2 बड़े चम्मच, बच्चे – 1 बड़ा चम्मच खाने से आधा घण्टे पहले दिन में 2 बार या चिकित्सक के परामर्शानुसार।
